Ascendant Talent

Our services

Five ways we help.

Each service says who it is for, what it involves and what you can reasonably expect. Services marked “Where offered” or “Where available” are provided only when we can deliver them for your situation.

01

Career Guidance

Reflect on your professional direction, weigh your options and identify practical next steps.

Who it is for
Professionals at a decision point, from a first look at direction to a considered change.
What it involves
Conversations about your background, interests and constraints, and a structured look at the options in front of you.
What to expect
Clear, honest perspective and practical next steps. Not a promise of any particular outcome.
02

Talent and Career Research

Research on roles, industries, professional pathways and publicly available career information.

Who it is for
Individuals exploring unfamiliar roles or sectors.
What it involves
Gathering and interpreting public information such as role requirements, typical pathways and sector context.
What to expect
A concise summary that shows its sources and when we checked them, because public information changes.
03

Professional Development

Identify development priorities and prepare for the next stage of your professional growth.

Who it is for
Experienced professionals, managers and emerging leaders.
What it involves
Clarifying strengths and gaps against the direction you want, and outlining how to build the experience or skills that matter.
What to expect
A prioritized plan that you own. Progress depends on your effort and circumstances.
04

Talent Research and Sourcing SupportWhere offered

Help organizations identify relevant talent profiles through clearly scoped research.

Who it is for
Organizations that need defined research support.
What it involves
Agreeing a written scope, researching publicly available information and reporting what we found.
What to expect
Scope, deliverables and price agreed in writing before work begins. We do not guarantee hires, and we do not represent an employer unless authorization is verified and stated.
05

Professional ConnectionsWhere available

Where a legitimate, appropriate connection exists, we explain the next step and ask for your consent before sharing any personal information.

Who it is for
People who ask us about a specific opportunity or contact.
What it involves
Explaining who the other party is, what would be shared and why, then waiting for your explicit permission.
What to expect
Control over your information. A connection is not a referral, interview or job offer.

Pricing and scope

Where a service is paid, we state the price and deliverables before you commit. Paying for a service does not guarantee employment or preferential treatment by any employer. Résumé writing and career documents are provided separately by Ascendant Career Services.
